Catherine's of Siena will host a talk with Dr. Denis McNamara from the Liturgical Institute. He will present on ‘How To Make A Church "Look Like" A Church: Sacramental Theology of Church Buildings.’ Dr. McNamara is an architect and art historian (Yale University, University of Virginia), teacher, speaker, and author of multiple books and articles. His academic specialties include the theology of liturgical art and architecture, classicism, and sacramental aesthetics. He co-founded the Liturgical Institute at Mundelein with our very own Msgr. Mannion.
Fr. Christopher Gray, the pastor of St. Mary’s Church in Park City is giving a series of talks with the topic ‘Is It Just My Life That Sucks?’ Fr. Gray will preach at all weekend masses March 23-24. The retreat will continue with talks and prayer at St. Catherine’s of Siena on Monday through Wednesday, March 25-27 at 6:30pm. This event is open to all!
